1. Ensure a check on the costs by creating a system of quarterly financial benchmarking of all major contracts of TSCC 2510 with similar sized Condominiums in the similar areas.
2. To improve financial efficiency and reduce certain condominium expenses by up to 50% AND reduce the monthly maintenance expenses by 30%

3. To set up a fraud prevention system in place a by-law for transparency, that will ensure that all high value contracts to be approved only after a majority vote of the owners.​
4. Financial comparison between TSCC 2510 (Ice Condos) and TSCC 2130 (Maple Leaf Square Condos) and TSCC 2322 (a condo on East Liberty St.) is very relevant for bench marking purposes.
Each service needs to be compared based on relevant parameters: for example the Management Fees is calculated on a per door basis, or the floor cleaning is calculated on the area of the floor to be cleaned.
