ACTION PLAN

Elect a Board that works in the long term interest of owners.
1. To develop an environment of transparency and trust:
a. By creating a new by-law to prevent proxy and election fraud. The new by-law to allow all owners to view and verify all proxy documents upto six months from the date of any meeting of owners where a vote was cast. As noted in this judgement.

b. To future proof our condominium Corporation from being hijacked by contractors ever again and reduce the possibility of fraud: Increase the number of Directors to eleven.

c. By creating a new by-law to allow all owners to participate in the management of the building, by conducting a referendum prior to making any major contractual decisions of over $25,000 per year.
d. Create a by-law that prevents any and all contractors from having any other business interests in ICE condominiums. Thus preventing any conflict of interest situation.
e. Call for fresh bids for all major contracts. Terminate any contracts that are deemed too expensive and replace them with competitive services.

2. IMPROVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND TRANSPARENCY.
​​The goal is to make the ICE condominiums, the best managed condominium in Toronto in terms of performance, financial efficiency and community focus.
a. By creating a highly safe and secure environment for all the residents.
b. By bringing in operational efficiencies for all tasks and security aspects that can be automated
c. By identifying revenue generating business opportunities that will benefit all the owners directly as well as help in substantially reducing the condominium fees.
d. To substantially reduce the monthly common elements fees, to improve the return on investment for the owners.
