An Owner requisitioned meeting is the most powerful tool created by the Government to empower each and every owner to protect their interests and the value of their investments in a Condominium in Ontario.

 

It is a power granted to all owners of Condominiums to save their funds from being wasted on long drawn legal expenses and unlimited amounts of time wasted in courts. 

 

It is a power that the owners should use every time they see mismanagement in their Condominium Corporation. That includes wastage of funds, over priced contracts and any irrational behaviour by the Board or the contractors.
