Agenda item 1: Discussion regarding the various committees of owners.

General principles: Fairness, Democratic, working in the interest of the owners, Transparency, 

1.  An "ad-hoc" committee of owners for Board advisory type of role or if such a committee enjoys certain privileges with the Board members, should be democratically and legally constituted.
2. If at all there is a need to create a privileged committee of owners, then the members of such a committee must be democratically "elected by the owners" and not "selected".
3. The mission/mandate of such a privileged "Board advisory committee" must be created in consultation with all owners.
4. The frequency of interaction of the board advisory committee with the owners must be 3 days a week, if not daily.  Until such time that there is an official "on-line discussion area" of the owners on a platform equally accessible by all owners.
5. To have any recognition of such a Board Advisory committee, the Board must create a rule to give it an official recognition of its existence and its scope.
6. Unless such a system is put in place, only the largest committee of owners be delegated the responsibility of "Advising the Board".
