• Apr-May 2020: Owner requisitioned meeting posts on building link 'repeatedly' deleted by the management.

•  Jul-Aug 2020: Messages for owner's meeting called "spam" by the management.

• Sep 2020: Management fails to respond to the owner requisitioned meeting.

• Sep Oct 2020: Half a dozen management employees engaged in calling owners to rescind their signatures on the ORM form: till date, the management has not explained who paid for this effort and why or if any corporation's funds were used and how much was spent.

• Oct 2020: All owners taken to court by the very board, management and the lawyers engaged to act in the interest of the owners for a frivolous case and paid out of the funds of the owners of the corporation. All paid for by the hard earned money of the Owners of TSCC 2510 by way of common expenses.

• Nov 2020: Many owners at AGM denied their voting rights, and numerous proxies of owners rejected without any explanation, election process not completed at the AGM. The AGM terminated prematurely without completion of business.
